TERMS & CONDITIONS

1/ It is understood that the Studio is retained as the exclusive official photographer for the wedding in question.

2/ The images with the copyright therein will the property of the Studio. The Studio reserves the right to use the images and any prints there from for display, promotional and any other purposes.

3/ The Studio takes every reasonable care with regard to exposure, developing and delivery of the photographs. However in the unlikely event the Studio fails to comply with the terms of this contract, the Studio’s liability is strictly limited to the refund of any money paid.

4/ Copyright Law. No copying of the photographs supplied, either as copy prints or on to video, as this could lead to prosecution.
5/ In the event of cancellation of the Wedding the deposit is not refundable.
6/ All fees, prices etc. are subject to alteration with prior notice.
